Chevaya Terms & Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Scope

These Terms & Conditions (hereafter “T&Cs”) apply to all offers made by Chevaya and to all distance contracts and orders between Chevaya and consumers in the UK. Any differing terms proposed by the customer will only apply if Chevaya explicitly agrees in writing.

Article 3 – Contract Formation

A contract is formed when the customer completes the ordering process (“Buy Now” / “Order”) and Chevaya confirms the order by email.
Chevaya reserves the right to reject an order or impose additional conditions if there are reasonable grounds (eg, suspicion of fraud).

Article 4 – Offers

All offers are for informational purposes only and are not binding. Chevaya reserves the right to change or adjust any offer.
Obvious errors, typos, or mistakes do not bind Chevaya. Product images are for illustration only; slight differences in appearance may occur.

Article 5 – Prices, Taxes, and Shipping Costs

All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
For international deliveries, customers may be responsible for customs/import duties unless otherwise stated (eg, DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).

Article 6 – Voluntary Right of Withdrawal (30 days)

Customers may cancel their order within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The statutory minimum period in the UK is 14 days; our 30-day period is an additional benefit.
The period starts on the day the customer, or someone they nominate, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a cancellation notice via email: info@chevaya.uk .
Items must be returned unused , in their original packaging , and with all tags attached . Trying on items to check fit or appearance is allowed.

Article 7 – Effects of Withdrawal / Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied .
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Chevaya will refund the purchase price within 30 days to the original payment method.
Any reduction in value due to use beyond trying on the item may be deducted from the refund.
Exceptions: hygiene products/underwear (if seal removed), personalized items, items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, or items irreversibly combined with other products.

Article 8 – Delivery and Fulfillment

Chevaya commits to fulfilling orders carefully and within the estimated delivery times shown on the website.
Partial delivery is permitted if acceptable to the customer.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the customer or their nominated person.

Article 9 – Payment

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless a different payment method is offered.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Shop Pay, Klarna (where available).
Late payment may incur reminder fees and statutory interest.

Article 10 – Warranty and Liability

Chevaya guarantees that products comply with the contract, specifications, and applicable UK law.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Chevaya is not liable for minor breaches of non-essential contractual obligations.

Article 11 – Contracts of Indefinite Duration

Contracts for an indefinite period may be terminated by the customer at any time with one month's notice.
Fixed-term contracts end automatically at the expiry of the agreed term.

Article 12 – Complaints

Complaints regarding contract performance must be submitted within 14 days of detecting a defect.
Transport damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Submitting a complaint does not release the customer from the obligation to pay.

Article 13 – Disputes / Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by UK law , to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.

Article 14 – Data Protection

Chevaya's Privacy Policy , available on the website, governs personal data processing.

Article 15 – Final Provisions

Chevaya reserves the right to amend these T&Cs. The version in effect at the time of order applies.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
The contract language is English; translations are for informational purposes only.
