Chevaya Returns & Refund Policy

1. Right to Cancel

1.1 Voluntary Returns

In the UK, customers have the statutory right to cancel online purchases within 14 days . Chevaya also offers an extended, voluntary 30-day return period for your convenience.
The period starts from the day you, or someone you nominate, takes possession of the goods.

1.2 How to Cancel

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation notice within the 30-day period.

1.3 Returning Items

Items must be returned unused , in their original packaging , and with all tags attached .
Trying on items to check the fit or appearance is allowed and does not count as use beyond testing the item's properties.

1.4 Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied .

1.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, Chevaya will refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice, but no later than after we have received the goods.
Any reduction in value due to use beyond trying on the item may be deducted from the refund.

1.6 Exceptions to the Right of Return

The right of return does not apply to:

  • Hygiene products or underwear if the seal has been removed

  • Custom made or personalized products

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once the seal has been removed

  • Items that, due to their nature, have been irreversibly combined with other products after delivery
